A lovely couple, a wonderful decoration, a wedding that we will never forget.
Christos and Eleftheria got married at this enchanting church in the end of summer. This is why we say that wherever you go to Greece you will always find fascinating places and sceneries where you can spend your holidays and of course get married at! The church is located a few kilometres outside of the centre of Athens, also belongs in one of the first Christian churches that were built in Attica, which is entirely made out of stone
The place was filled mostly with olive trees, ancient Greek inspired columns, as well as multiple bell towers. Therefore, we were able to create a wedding decoration that represented the couple’s viewpoint and style. Christos and Eleftheria played a significant role on creating the decoration from scratch. Firstly they gave directions according to their own aesthetic and then they let us create, using our instinct and experience. The decoration of a wedding provides the couple with freedom, in order to express their personal taste and aesthetic, as well as alter a place that is aimed to host their wedding celebration. As for the decoration,we placed fabric and two small bouquets around the entrance of the church. Lanterns, pieces of logs, moss and countless ribbons were placed across the aisle.
The evening was wonderful as the weather was cool with a gentle breeze. The decorated church indeed looked like a part of nature! The guests that were gathered at the churchyard looked fascinated and happy! But two people that looked happier were definitely Christos and Eleftheria!
